Yunan Black Tea,origin and grown in the higher elevations of Yunnan Province. The Chinese name is "Dian Hong Cha". Dian is the abbreviated name for Yunnan province, from which this tea comes. "Hong"means red and "cha"means tea.It is the most robust but refined black teas produced in the whole world!

Brewing Guide:
1. Water temperature : 90-100ºC (194-215ºF)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:50, 2grams tea with 100ml water
3. Time : steep for 1-2 minutes. And that's it. Enjoy your tea!
When you get down to about one quarter of the tea remaining, refill with hot water of the same temperature as before and let it steep for 30 seconds to one minute.
You can get 3-5 infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion. How many infusions you do depends entirely on your taste.

With Yunnan teas, you want to be careful not to over-brew them, especially cheaper varieties, as they can easily become bitter. Because of that, the amounts and times given in the instructions are somewhat conservative; use them as a rough guide. If you find the resulting tea too weak, add more tea leaves or try increasing the steeping time.
