-Masala chai is a flavored black tea with a mixture of aromatic spices and herbs which include cinnamon, cardamom, clove and star anise.

This improves metabolism , aids in digestion, eliminates constipation and helps with detoxification. It also promotes good heart health.

-This tea variant can be enjoyed hot or cold and it is best paired with milk.

Brewing Guide:
1. Water temperature : 90-100ºC (194-215ºF)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:50, 2grams tea with 100ml water
3. Time : steep for 1-2 minutes. And that's it. Enjoy your tea!
When you get down to about one quarter of the tea remaining, refill with hot water of the same temperature as before and let it steep for 30 seconds to one minute.
You can get 3-5 infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion. How many infusions you do depends entirely on your taste.

Caffeine Content:
Generally speaking, the average cup of brewed black tea contains around 47 mg of caffeine per 8 oz (240 ml) cup.
