Description
Puerh tea, also known as pu-erh tea, pu er tea, has a long history, dating back to the Shang Dynasty more than 3,000 years ago.  It's known for its unique earthy and slightly bitter taste, which is often described as having a "woody" or "fermented"  flavor. Puerh tea is made from large leaf sun dry green tea of Yunnan, which is protected by geographical indication, and is made by special processing technology.
According to its processing technology and quality characteristics, Puerh tea is divided into two types: Shu Puerh tea (fermented tea) and Sheng Puerh tea (unfermented tea).
Puerh tea is divided into different grades, special grade, 1st grade, 3rd grade, 5th grade, 7th grade. 

This pleasantly low caffeine infusion makes it a natural treat of bliss perfect for any time of the day.

Recommended Preparation
1. Water temperature : 100°C (212°F)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:50, 2grams tea with 100ml water
3. Brew time: 3 minutes
When you get down to about one quarter of the tea remaining, refill with hot water of the same temperature as before and let it steep for 30 seconds to one minute.
You can get 2-3 infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion. How many infusions you do depends entirely on your taste.
