Description
Different as ripe puerh tea(fermented puerh tea), sheng puerh tea is unfermented. In some catagories, sheng puerh tea is divided into green tea.
"Sheng puerh tea" refers to Pu-erh tea which is aged slowly by natural fermentation without going through the stacking process. The process of natural aging is relatively slow, taking at least 5-8 years before it is suitable for drinking.
Sheng puerh tea is the closest way to the original tea making. The production is: must be produced in Yunnan large leaf species, after the fresh leaf picking, tea leaves need to go through the wok stir-frying (mechanical roller)fixation, (fixation temperature should not exceed 120-130 degrees) to soften the tea after rolling, finally shake open then sun dried, made of sun green tea. After autoclaving, pressing into various shapes and drying, complete the processing of Sheng puerh tea.
