Our oolong tea is roasted to give it a rich, nutty flavor. It's mixed Raisins (Golden) that you can enjoy hot or cold! The Grape flavor and aroma is wonderful, giving the tea an almost champagne-like taste!

Brewing Instructions
1. Water temperature : 90-95ºC (194-205ºF)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:20, 5grams tea with 100ml water
3. Time : steep for 2 minutes.
You can get 3-6 infusions infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds or so for each infusion. How many infusions you do depends entirely on your taste Experiment.

Oolong Tea Caffeine Content:
Oolong tea contains middle caffeine level. According to the USDA, a cup of jasmine tea (8 ounces) made from green tea leaves contains approximately 40 milligrams of caffeine.
