Zhen Mei, also known as precious eyebrow, Chun Mei, and Chun Mee. Pan fried with a hint of smokiness in flavor.
Chun Mei is picked early in the year before the rainy season sets in, to ensure it has the best taste and the smooth, sweet aftertaste that this tea is known for.

Caffeine Content :
On average, an 8-ounce cup of green tea contains about 35 mg of caffeine.

Brewing Guide :
1. Water temperature : 80°C (176°F)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:50, 2grams tea with 100ml water
3. Time : steep for 1-2 minutes. And that's it. Enjoy your tea!
When you get down to about one quarter of the tea remaining, refill with hot water of the same temperature as before and let it steep for 30 seconds to one minute.
You can get 3-5 infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion. How many infusions you do depends entirely on your taste.
