Yun Wu is made from fully matured whole leaves that brew both bodied and smooth, robust but not heavy. An excellent, inexpensive green tea for everyday drinking.
Yun Wu is harvested earlier in the spring season and great care is taken to preserve the wholeness of its leaves. The result is a tea that balances the intensity of fully mature leaves with the sweetness of the spring harvest.
The tea gardens sit between 500 – 600 meters above sea level. At this elevation, thick clouds blanket the land. This cloud cover simultaneously helps keep the garden’s tea bushes hydrated with mist and also provides some welcome shade from direct sunlight. This excellent climate yields thick-leafed tea, rich with flavorful amino acids.

Caffeine Content:
On average, an 8-ounce cup of green tea contains about 35 mg of caffeine.

Brewing Guide :
1. Water temperature : 80°C (176°F)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:50, 2grams tea with 100ml water
3. Time : steep for 1-2 minutes. And that's it. Enjoy your tea!
When you get down to about one quarter of the tea remaining, refill with hot water of the same temperature as before and let it steep for 30 seconds to one minute.
You can get 3-5 infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion. How many infusions you do depends entirely on your taste.
