Earl Grey Tea Latte

1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) hot water
Whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until the tea is frothy
1 cup (240 milliliters) milk (fruit and vegetable drink, coconut juice, etc.)
1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, or sugar (optional)

Iced Earl Grey Tea Latte
