Brewing Guide:
1. Water temperature : 203°F ~ 212°F (90°C ~ 100°C)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:100, 2grams tea with 200ml water

4. Number of Infusions : 1-3 infusions
When you get down to about one quarter of the tea remaining, refill with hot water of the same temperature as before and let it steep for 30 seconds to one minute.Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion.
