The most common form of chamomile is tea, which is made from the dried flowers of the chamomile plant. It's so common that people drink more than a million cups of chamomile tea a day, often in the evenings before bed.
This pleasantly caffeine-free infusion makes it a natural treat of bliss perfect for any time of the day.

Brewing Guide:
1. Water temperature : 80°C (176°F)
2. Ratio of tea to water : 1:25, 2grams tea with 50ml water
3. Time : steep for 1-2 minutes. And that's it. Enjoy your tea!
When you get down to about one quarter of the tea remaining, refill with hot water of the same temperature as before and let it steep for 30 seconds to one minute.
You can get 2-3 infusions. Increase the steeping time 30 seconds to one minute for each infusion. How many infusions you do depends entirely on your taste.
